Which of these schools will actually pay attention to my retake, assuming that, like my PT's it will be in the 174-175 range?

I haven't heard anything from any of the schools outside of UVA or Georgetown.

Potentially all, especially if you get in the 175 range. I don't think anything would be off the table based on your numbers.
