BU 166 3.32
I just submitted my application. I have some previous law school experience but I withdrew in good standing. Do I stand a good chance?

I'm usually not one to suggest that an adcom base their decision on the posts an individual makes on TLS, but I sincerely hope your shitposting is taken into account.

They aren't going to care that I support 4T so it wouldn't make a difference. If we're being serious, I would expect him to underperform his numbers, given his arrest record. I would also think that starting at your FOURTH law school is going to make an admissions committee rightly assume you're unstable.A. Nony Mouse wrote:john1990 wrote:I just submitted my application. It doesn't matter though. He'll just show up in a few weeks claiming he attends the University of American Samoa with a 192 LSAT or something.

This is the correct response. Use mylsn and please stop clogging the boards with your inane, incomprehensible meandering through your professional life.A. Screw you I am not crazy or unstable. I have only attended 2 law schools and will have withdrawn in good standing both times. My character and fitness only includes 3 violationsTheSpanishMain wrote:If we're being serious, I would expect him to underperform his numbers, given his arrest record. 1400 posts? Is there a chance multiple people control the account? That's a ton of posts of trolling for one person to do.

Re: BU 166 3.32
But I withdrew in good standing. Also 3 violations aren't many. I have heard that Character and fitness doesn't matter much unless you have felonies. Isn't that the trend? Also why would withdrawing in good standing hurt me. I want to withdraw from tjsl because of its location and ranking. Why should BU be effected by that? Have you heard of withdrawing in good standing making a difference?
What would you say my chances are?

Re: BU 166 3.32
A good way to have started this post would have been "Hey TLS, as most of you know from my previous posts I am withdrawing from TJLS and applying to BU. Does withdrawing from multiple law schools in good standing reduce my chances of acceptance?" and not your typical chances thread which it seems like you post one a week of.
People here aren't out to get you. You just post about extremely annoying (yet highly entertaining) and trollish topics.
Anyways, I would be surprised if the fact that you are withdrawing from your second law school doesn't bring up a huge red flag for BU. Unless you can write a compelling addendum about why this time is different from the last two, why would BU trust you to stay with them? An even then, why would they trust you to stay with them?

I would like to comment on my previous law school experience. I have attended Brooklyn Law School In the past. At the time my mother was sick and needed me to take care of her. This forced me to withdraw from the school. She is no longer ill and so this will not be a problem. Further, I attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I am going to be withdrawing from TJSL because of its location. This will not be a problem again since Boston University is located closer to my family and I like its location. I do not expect that either of the previous causes of withdraw will be a problem at Boston University and I will not withdraw from the program if accepted.
Sincerely,
John (Last Name)
