What are my chances at UPenn? Currently a K-JD with average softs and nothing particularly noteworthy. I'm definitely considering applying ED if it will increase my chances significantly.

Retake the LSAT. With a 158, you may (emphasis on may) be in at a few T-14 (I don't think Penn will be one of them, but you have a small chance with the URM-bump).

With a 165 (and especially with a 170), you'd have a real shot at most schools. A 170 will make you competitive at YHS.

Yeah, I think I might end up retaking in June just to see if I can hit 160+. For some reason, I may have overinflated the boost of being an AA male especially given the dearth of applicants especially with a high GPA.
