I'd throw apps to Penn, NYU, and Chicago too unless you're against paying sticker

If your score doesn't change, I would put in apps at the entire T14 other than HYS, and, if this cycle isn't great for you, consider waiting a year and retaking for a 171+.

The "schools don't like to take their ug" thing mostly applies to grad schools, not professional schools.
