Penn: changing RD to ED (round 2)

If my current ED at another school doesn't work out, do I have the ability to change my RD application to Penn to a round 2 ED?
If not, should I wait to submit an ED app or submit an RD right away?

I think your best bet would be to call the school and asked. I asked a different school in the T-14 this and they told me once an app is RD, it cannot be changed, but YMMV.

For anyone that may be curious, I gave them a call and the answer is yes. You can change an RD app to ED with a separate form.
