You'll probably get some acceptances and some money somewhere. Just be ready to ride waitlists and negotiate. Definitely consider applying to Northwestern even if you're not interested in going, because you'll more than likely get money there to bargain with later.
This advice is anecdotal, btw, so you might want to check out mylsn.info to get a better idea of what you can expect.

Seems like a solid list. You'll probably get all those schools except UChicago and Cal if you write good "Why X" statements.
Only apply to BU if you have new england ties and want to work there after graduating. And dont attend without $100K+ scholarship.

It's not that I wouldn't go these schools, but I know I have almost no chance of getting accepted at UChicago and Boalt. I'll have to reconsider Northwestern. I'm not turning my nose up, just being realistic that I won't get enough scholarship money at these schools. I guess not interested gives the wrong idea.
You actually stand a good chance at NU and should definitely apply. I would not ED BU because you will probably get money from either Cornell or GULC.

Haha yeah its been a grind to even get my gpa to a respectable 3.5. I am just hoping adcomms will look at my transcript and notice that I have a 4.0 besides my major classes.
Who knows though, I'm retaking in Feb, so if I can manage to get on the waitlist at CCN, I may be able to get accepted with a couple more points. It sucks, but on the bright side, I know I'll be more prepared than most applicants, considering I have enough credits to graduate with 2-3 liberal arts degrees.
I'm not entirely sure having more credits makes you more prepared.

You will most likely get money somewhere, Michigan, Cornell, GULC seem like they would give you something. MY numbers are similar but slightly lower on both accounts and I got WL ED at UVA and accepted Michigan ED.
