3.5/167 worth applying to Michigan, Gulc, or Virginia??

My numbers are 3.5/167... philosophy major from good state school in California. Im already applying to many schools here, but love Michigan... But i know that this is probably a huge reach (as is anything in the top 20). My question is just, how big a reach is it? Is it even worth filling an app for Michigan and Gulc, or even Virginia, or not worth the paper its printed on?
Cheers!

(1) There's no such thing as "top 20."
(2) You're below both medians at these schools, so you have virtually no shot with your current numbers. A couple more points on the LSAT would make a world of difference for your admissions prospects. Retaking is the correct move if you want T14.

Below both medians hurts bad. If you hit median you are competive at ccn down. As of now, big money At wustl/umn down and a good shot at cornel.

To answer your question, you need a 168 for GULC, a 169 for Michigan, and a 170 for UVA.
It'd be worth it to submit an app for Michigan at 168 and for UVA at 169, though, because you'd be at the LSAT median.
