During the dreaded admission wait, I decided I'd see what you TLSers thought.
170 on LSAT, 3.8 GPA.
Chances at T-14? Thanks!

I thought you were WL at CC. I only make this point because a 170/3.8 should not expect CLS or Chicago.dnptan wrote:Numbers twin (for my last cycle).
WL H; In CCN below. Hope this helps.
Good Softs: Founded a startup; double major (Biomed Eng/Biology); Work at IP consulting; Bilingual
Bad Softs: Applied at deadline; International Student (Went to US Univ)
Yep WL-->in, just thought I'd simplify it. Also for Chicago, WL-->withdraw, and NYU is straight in. Just FYIjbagelboy wrote:I thought you were WL at CC. I only make this point because a 170/3.8 should not expect CLS or Chicago.dnptan wrote:Numbers twin (for my last cycle).

Cool, thank you for the clarifications.dnptan wrote:Yep WL-->in, just thought I'd simplify it. Also for Chicago, WL-->withdraw, and NYU is straight in. Also H-->WL-->out
Why do you think international students going to a US university is necessarily a negative?dnptan wrote:Numbers twin (for my last cycle).

Oops. To clarify, being an international student is the negative, but having a US degree mitigates that slightly. International acceptance is lower in a good number of schools. For instance, Boalt accepted 0 internationals in 2009 (Page 3, Column 1):hcrimson2014 wrote:Why do you think international students going to a US university is necessarily a negative?dnptan wrote:Numbers twin (for my last cycle).
