How much more does a 169 hurt my chance vs a 170 or 171?

I have a 3.92 GPA. I finished my undergraduate and master in four years, but the graduate courses I took before undergraduate degree brought my GPA down from a 3.95(summa cum laude). I want to go to the top T14s schools (top 6). If I retake, I have to wait until next year to apply. I am wondering how much more does a 169 hurt my chance vs a 170 or a 171? Thanks!

Wait a 3.95 is summa, but a 3.92 isn't? Wow - where the hell did you go?
Each point on the LSAT is worth a lot. Why don't you take the Dec or Feb LSATs? I think all schools take the Dec one, and a good amount take the Feb one. If you're going to retake, aim for a 173+. 176 and you're possibly looking at Yale

169 is at/above median for all the T14 schools except the T6.
170/171/172 is at/above median for all the T6 schools.
That's the difference.

It probably won't make much difference in admissions. Each point could be worth about 15 or 30k in scholarship money, however. You should retake. I had a 169/3.9x and I really regret not retaking, because I know that if I had gotten 2 points higher I'd be at the exact same school with the exact same job lined up but about $45,000 richer.
