Cumulative GPA 3.4
LSAC GPA 3.29 (upward trend)

1st try LSAT (June 2013) 155 (63 percentile)
2nd try LSAT (Oct 2013) 164 (90 percentile)

What are my chances?
Retake is NOT my option.

I am considering applying ED either to American or UIUC or Wisconsin.
I am assuming that many people will start commenting on the fact that it is not worth paying sticker to any of the schools above, but for now, with the financial or scholarship concerns set aside, what are my chances with the stats?

Can you recommend any other schools that I may be able to get in?

Retake or don't go. You might get into some of the schools you listed, but that doesn't mean it's not terrible for your future to attend. There aren't a lot of schools worth attending that will accept those stats. I only see two takes, and assuming you mentioned each take, you definitely *CAN* retake, and you should. There is some great advice on this board about retaking the LSAT. You should follow it.

Why is retake not an option? If its truly not an option you should not go to law school.
