3.5/163 decent softs (upward gpa, good internships, diversity although not URM)
Any shot at UCLA or USC, and does anyone know if applying early to UCLA can help my chances?

You have zero shot at either RD. Applying ED may help some, but still a very likely ding.

You need to retake.
