3.87/169 Is work experience a problem?

I just received my October LSAT score and it was a 169. That is my only LSAT score. I graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2012 from a Top 20 public university with a 3.87 GPA. My biggest concern right now is that since college my work experience is very unimpressive. I don't even think my current job would be considered work experience at all; that is how bad it is. I also spent six months after college just traveling. I was involved in many extra-curricular activities in college including a sorority and an honor society but since then I really haven't done much.
I am basically wondering how much a lack of significant work experience will affect my application and what my chances would be at some of the following schools:
UCLA
USC
Vanderbilt
NYU
Fordham
Berkeley
Columbia
Stanford
UCLA and USC are my top choices. I know some of those are reaches for me, but any and all advice is appreciated. Also do you think it would be worth it for me to retake the LSAT? I was getting low 170s on my practice tests so I performed a bit lower than I had hoped to. Thanks in advance!
