i'm 24, and i've been working full time for 2 years. Wondering where I should apply, and specifically what are my chances to temple.

Not great chances at Temple when I ran it through LSN, although it is literally a sample size of one. Even if you got in, you'd probably be paying sticker, which would not be smart.

Only rational thing to do is retake. Not trying to be a dick, but you really have to offset that crap GPA with a super shiny LSAT. A 162 at least shows you're capable of grasping the concepts, so you really, really need to retake.

With that low of a GPA, you really need to retake to get a reasonable price at a school worth going to. Unfortunately, if you do not retake you should reconsider going.
