Mylsn gives my chances at Harvard hovering around 50%. What kind of things can I do to end up on the right side of that 50?

Mylsn shows 5/5 getting in with those exact numbers, 8/8 if you expand the GPA range a little.

Regardless, if you're still nervous, the best way to drastically increase your chances is to increase your LSAT by 1 point. Other ways to do marginally better are to have a good PS, good LORs, good WE, and a good interview.
