Chances 3.61/175

Post by sims1 » Tue Oct 29, 2013 12:07 am

Hey,

Looking at Penn/NYU/Columbia as my top choices.

Have a 167 June LSAT and 175 October LSAT, ~3.6 GPA.

Solid EC's I believe, nothing that would likely make or break an application though.

Thanks!

In at all of them. Actually, probably WL'd at Penn unless you convince them that you really would attend.

I imagine you'll definitely get NYU and Columbia. As Ti Malice said, Penn often wait lists very high Lsat scores because they assume you'll attend elsewhere. Make sure you have a well targeted Why Penn as part of your application.

Okay, assuming equal $$ I think Penn would be my top choice. Obviously don't want to ED, so the supplemental essay/customized PS is key then?

Yes, make sure it's as specific as possible. You're right not to ED with your numbers though.
