You'll almost certainly get Georgetown and Cornell. You also have a good shot at Berkley. I don't think that you would get H/S as it stands.

So your UG grades won't compute the same way as American and Candian UGs so this is really hard to judge.

Are you an American citizen? Will you be considered an international student? If so, it will be much harder to get into any of the institutions you have listed. If not you probably have a good shot at Berkeley and Cornell. Don't go to G'town, that place is a TTT debt trap.
