I would ED UVA. If you don't get in then ED GULC if there's still time.

Apply RD Northwestern. You are very likely to get in there.

Save your money on RDing the rest of them. You're not getting in anywhere else.

Do you guys know how much the ED boost would help me at Cornell? I was hoping I might be able to slide in with their falling LSAT medium.

The problem with Cornell is that we do not know how much of a boost ED will be since it's the first year they are offering it. If you are going to ED, I think UVA is the best choice. Your best shot RD is NU (as cotiger mentioned) or GULC.
