ED or not, you're not getting into anything UCLA or above, and I'd be very surprised if you got USC. You're not getting enough scholarship money to make anything else worthwhile.

Even of you are in at USC and below, it wont be great money. Depending on how absolutely horrific this cycle goes for law schools, Cornell is possible with a 3.68 but still unlikely. Penn and Cal are out of the question (they will accept 164's, but only with 3.9+).
I strongly, strongly recommend finishing your senior year, applying to jobs, retaking in June 14, and killing the next cycle with a 3.7/170+. Otherwise you are literally just shooting yourself in the foot and hurting your chances for the rest of your life
