This is all going to depend on your score. Hit 170+ and you're golden.
T14 or top regional schools for cheap in the places you listed- UCLA, USC, GW, Fordham, BU, BC - will give you the best bet.
If you don't have any geographic preference between the places you listed, make your decision based on job prospects and cost of attendance between these schools.
