Pretty decent softs including a lot of work with Civil Rights law.
Also, URM (Puerto Rican)

I'm looking to finally leave the sun-shine state, and hoping to attend in NY and looking into Columbia, NYU, and Cornell (in that order) and preferably with some sort of money.

What are my chances?!

You'll easily get NYU or Columbia with a full ride. You'll also probably get Harvard and Stanford, and you have as good of a shot at Yale as anyone.
