Should I ED? 169,3.3

Took the LSAT twice, 162 and then a 169. 3.3 GPA with an upward grade trend. Below average softs. Should I ED anywhere, and what schools should I apply to? Right now the current plan is to blanket the lower half of the T14 and the other T1 schools I have interest in. Currently live in the midwest and like the region, but would not be against moving somewhere else if that helps at all. According to

No, you should retake the LSAT.

Generally agree, but possibly can throw an ED at Michigan/GT and get it. Otherwise I don't really like the shot at RD in the T14 with a 3.3 unless the third shot at the LSAT is a big improvement.

I also think you should retake...
but is there any reason a UVA ED isn't on the table? You might even consider EDing NYU then (if you don't get in) Penn then (if you don't get in) UVA then (if you don't get in and haven't been admitted to Cornell) GULC. Or, if you'd prefer Penn to NYU, just Penn then UVA then GULC.
NYU/Penn would be long shots, admittedly, but unless you have some reason for not wanting to attend UVA, I'd definitely try ED there BEFORE EDing Mich/GULC, because I think you have a decent chance, their
outcomes are better than Mich/GULC's (I don't care if it's school funded... at least almost all of their graduates have jobs), and they get back to you in 15 days so other ED's are still on the table.
If you don't ED, I'd apply everywhere in the T14 that you're at/over one median (I think UVA on down) and then, as you said, anywhere else you might be interested in within your target market.

Thanks for the responses. Not going to retake the LSAT as I'm pretty sure I hit my peak on it. After 2 tests and 8 months total of studying I didn't make much progress in the final weeks leading up to the test. And according to the admissionbythenumbers post UVA gives big boosts to reverse splitters who ED but not so much regular splitters. Still thinking about going the multiple ED route with UVA > Penn > Michigan

1 point higher would make a world of difference. 2-3 points and you'd probably be looking at Penn, UVA and maybe NYU. Right now, GULC will probably take you ED, but if you won't retake, the ED chain strategy you have is probably the way to go especially with how LSAT medians have been dropping.
