GPA just over 3.5.

LSAT of 173

Dad raised in Puerto Rico, Mom from States.

Some work experience but no great shakes.

Not much data on mylsn to help.

Could I get the Northwestern ED scholarship?

Could I get money elsewhere?

Chances at Stanford, Harvard, Columbia and Berkeley?

Thanks for any insight.

There's a big difference between "raised in PR" and "of Puerto Rican decent." In either event, the PR boost is not going to help you much, just because the PR boost is kind of crap.

You'll likely get in at one of H/S/Columbia (assuming boost, if not, probably just Columbia), probably not with much money either way. You might get some good money from NYU on down, though. Berkeley's kind of a wild card.

If you're down with living in Chicago for three years, the NU ED is absolutely worth it.
