OP, your top 10 undergrad really doesn't mean a thing. The real answer is to retake, because your GPA is golden. However, if you stick with the 166, I think your numbers are fairly accurate. You'll get rejected at the top 8 schools or so. I'd imagine you'd get waitlisted at Chicago but still rejected by the end of the cycle. However, you have a better than 50/50 shot at the lower T14 schools, so I'm gonna guess that you'll have your choice of 2-3 excellent schools. Remember though, my real advice is to retake.
