Blueprint Prep Law School Compass (chance predictor)

I am currently enrolled in Blueprint LSAT Prep. They have this online feature when you log in... you enter in some pretty basic information... anything besides your LSAT score and then it gives you a score range of what you need to get into whatever school you select. (I'll attach some pictures so you guys can get an idea)

Has anyone have any idea of how this compass works, or if its at all accurate?

According to LSN and myLSN... I had the inkling that I needed around 164-165 to get into Fordham with a 3.39 GPA. That's even considering the fact that I am a URM (MA).

According to this compass, I have a "Great Chance" 75%-99% with a 161!!! How can this be?

My gut tells me that this is wrong... and I will still be shooting for 166 ish. I searched this whole website and did not find anything about the blueprint predictor/compass.

All it says is that they use a proprietary algorithm to set up their compass.

Here are some Screenshots I made of my page: I used Fordham and USC as examples. Something tells me that I'm gonna need more than what this algorithm predicts.

Thanks, if anyone wants me to fool around with the settings, just post here and I will make some more screenshots if that helps.

Thanks, this website is great by the way.

While I'd trust mylsn more, I think you might be underestimating the URM boost here. I'd say 161 gives you a pretty strong shot at Fordham as a URM.

Such a disparity between the two predictors, I guess it's best to rely mostly on the more conservative of the two. Thanks though.

Or you can just rock the LSAT and go to a much better school..
