The amount of debt you would have to take on to attend any of those schools is absurd. Completely and utterly unjustifiable. If you want to attend law school, retake and aim higher. Or hope that WUSTL is still offering full rides to people with your numbers next year.

People with 3.4/170 were getting into NYU this cycle. A 170 would get you Penn or UVA by ED. If you're going to take on staggering amounts of debt, at least do it for a school that stands a decent chance of making the risk worthwhile. Or see if a 170+ nets you a full ride, or very close to it, at a decent regional.

Agreed - the only thing about your application that you can realistically still change is your LSAT score, and even just a few more points could (will?) be worth tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships at the schools you're interested in.
