Non URM. What are my chances at Georgetown part time?

Any input would be appreciated. Thx.

So it looks like you have a pretty good shot.

Be aware that GULC is very bad at giving out scholarship money as it is, and their part time program is no exception.

I think that data is a little older. The lastest numbers for Georgetown PT per USN shows the part time program at Georgetown to be a little more competitive (middle 50% is 163-170)

Any other thoughts on my chances here?

If you're curious about the impact of your PhD, general consensus is that it doesn't make much difference for admissions, but a hard science PhD will be extremely helpful for getting a job later down the road. (Assuming you want to do IP or the like, rather than, say, criminal law or something unrelated.)

Yeah, I figured that was the case. I was trying to get anyone's thoughts on my chances from a pure numbers point of view. 164 + 3.76

According to ABA Law School Data, Georgetown's part-time stats are: 163-167-170, 3.22-3.59-3.74.

These numbers are for the class that entered in the fall 2012.

With your 3.83/165, your GPA puts you well above their 75th and your LSAT is between their 25th and the median.

Of 1,897 applicants to the part-time program, only 93 people got in and 56 of them enrolled.
