If your diagnostic was 160 you can definitely hit into the 170s, especially if you are still missing questions in logic games. You absolutely have to retake with that GPA. Don't be satisfied until you get BU/BC free or T14 with money.

For T13 typically 167 (sticker at Cornell, for example)

Good for you on the retake. That GPA is golden and the LSAT is learnable (especially with that diagnostic.)
I'm confused about your safeties (aside from UConn) and about W&M/Wake. What made you choose the schools you did? Where do you want to practice? If you want NYC I'd put Fordham on your list as well (as either achievable or safety.)

You're probably not going to make it into NYU ED as it currently stands. This is the ED-only search:

Michigan looks like a good bet here at for ED - are your parents willing to pay sticker there?

Here's your RD mylsn search:

Right now, T-14 is not impossible, but on the off-chance you make it in, you're probably looking at sticker.

As everyone else says, the LSAT is definitely learnable, and LG is the easiest to "learn". You shouldn't settle until you've at *least* earned a -0 or -1 on LG.

Just for fun, let's say you hit a 170:

Motivated, yet? :)

Being Asian will be of no consequence to LS admissions, which I suppose is pretty positive information in light of UG admissions. If your parents are covering sticker then you really have even more reason to push for the LSAT because only a few more points could get you into CCN @ sticker. Good luck!
