3.9x 168 URM

URM: Mexican American Male
GPA: Low 3.9x
LSAT: 168 June 2013
Weak softs, should be good/average letters of recommendation, graduated UG 2012 from a school that has a T14 Law School (not HYS).
Almost certain I'll be retaking in October, but just in case I don't do better, what am I looking at here?

I think you've got a chance everywhere. Of course, retaking doesn't hurt

Thanks bro, I appreciate it, thought to be quite honest with you I'm pretty disappointed in my score as I was PTing in the low 170s and I botched LR harder than I ever have before. It is what it is though.
