-- 3.0 transcript gpa
-- 2.55 LSAC gpa
--168 LSAT score
--over 30 non punitive W's, just from worried about protecting my gpa
-- 2 semesters with the denotion of semester warning on transcript

i realize some can get into tier 2 and tier 1 with above numbers, but does having 30 non punitive W's and semester warning on transcript nullify an applicant of any tier 1 or 2 acceptance?

I think the grammar will hurt you more.

On a more serious note, write an addendum. The W's can prevent you from getting into a T1/2 school (which by the way you haven't defined - is T1 = T14?) but they won't automatically keep you out. The addendum here is key. Although the reason you gave is definitely weak.

You are indeed a splitter but what's going to stop you from getting into the school of your choice will be how you present your case, and of course "ur writing sklz". Sorry, I hate text talk.

30 W's sounds impossible, is that a typo? If not, how long did it take you to graduate?

You withdrew from 30 classes to protect a 2.55 GPA? I'm so confused.

Bro, didn't you see it was a 3.0 at his institution?

Work for a few years to distance yourself from your GPA. Improve your grammar. Apply to T-30. Be ready to pay sticker.

30 W's isnt impossible. I graduated high school in 2005 and graduated college in 2012. I took 7 years to graduate, despite the W's...university gpa was slightly above 3.0

my numbers are 2.55/172. While the 2.55 is low, coupled with a large amount of non-punitive W's, the 172 obviously isnt. And there are some Top 30 schools that have 160-164 LSAT medians, and 172 is 8 points higher.

So, if someone else had the above numbers I would say they had a "shot" at a T30, but I just dont know anyone that has that many Withdrawals, is what I am saying.

I would rather not take anymore time off, and try to apply this Fall (early). So, with the numbers is a Tier 1 or 2 acceptance possible OR not for me because of the excess of W grades and not distancing myself from the gpa?

The withdrawals really won't hurt you at the schools you'd be looking at. I have over 20 non-punitive withdrawals (almost all from my first stint in college, but whatever) and am in at 3 t20 schools, all with $$. You will definitely get into t30 schools with those numbers, and you won't have to pay sticker.
