Puerto Rican URM. Initially went to a top 50 school for a few years, but ended up dropping out with barely a 2.0 (featuring quite a few Fs and Ws) due to mental health issues. Went to community college (graduated with a 3.75) and then state school (graduated with a 3.65). Have had quite a few internships including a private wealth management internship at a bulge bracket bank and an investment banking summer analyst position at a middle market bank. Have been out of school for about a year and work at real estate investment firm/property management company.
Should I consider retaking? What schools should I be looking at? I am location agnostic.

TCR is always re-take, but honestly I don't know anybody who would take a URM splitter at 173-4 that wouldn't take the same one at 170. The median is the same either way. As for schools, blanket everything below HSY and you should get a t14 and some in the t20 with scholarships.

Eh, I don't want to retake unless a few extra points are really going to make all the difference in the world. Thanks for your response.

If the MH issues are documented, you should see if you can get them retroactively changed into Ws vs Fs.

Who would I have to speak to about this?

If I was you, I would take another year off and get 1 more year of work experience. With 2 years WE+URM+170 LSAT you would have a pretty awesome chance at NU
