Decent other softs (volunteering, leadership, etc.)
Would I stand a chance? What about at William & Mary?

You have as good of a chance as anybody with a sub-3.0. Are you applying now?

Apply ED on day one. I think you'll get in.

Virginia resident with a 175+ GPA will definitely get in. Apply ED for the guarantee, but you might even be able to get in RD as a VA resident.

I have a feeling that the 175+ is hypothetical

Take the LSAT first, as that is a necessary piece of information to give you an answer.

Not much data, but with ED/an early app I'd say you are in, especially with a military background and VA resident status. It does sound like a hypothetical LSAT, though. Just FYI, my PT average was 178 before I took the test, and I ended up with a 170, so don't count on anything. Then again, I suppose I was sick on test day. Best of luck.
