I am planning on applying next fall cycle to the following schools:
Duke
NYU
Columbia
Penn
Michigan
Georgetown
What are my chances at the following? I'm more privy to Duke for the programs it offers and its lower cost of living compared to other places.

Duke - Out/WL
NYU - In
Columbia In/WL
Penn - WL/OUT
Michigan - In/WL
Georgetown - In
It will be easier to gain admission next year due to the decline in apps, but the above is how your cycle will probably play out

Lock at NYU/GULC. Columbia is a toss up between in and WL/Out. Not really sure about Penn/Michigan, but Michigan will give you money if you are in. I think you have a pretty good chance at Duke but could be waitlisted.

I think you have your predictions for Columbia and Penn mixed up. You have a great chance at all schools under HYS, especially with ED (if that interests you).

His chances at Penn are actually worse than his chances at CLS. Looking at the graphs:

There's a big ugly gap of yellow around the 175+ ~3.4ish range. Penn likes to waitlist high-LSAT super splitters who they figure are CCN-bound.
