Alright, where to begin ...
I took the LSAT after more than a year of preparation and scored a 177. Which I realize is fairly strong. Now onto the bad ...

I know some people will disagree. But apply the T14, especially the lower ones. send an app to harvard/nyu/columbia (the large class sizes). your story is pretty epic and one of them might bite.

The gpa that is printed on my transcript is a 3.3, however, because LSAC gpa is independent from what is listed on the transcript because all grades are figured, my LSAC gpa is abysmal and very poor at 2.42. I have battled cancer in undergrad, and have over 50 non-punitive Withdrawals which will look awful too. But I did the best I could given the circumstances.
I do however have a 2 year upward trend in (3.8-4.0 semester gpa's)
So...given that I have battled cancer, have a great 2 year upward trend in grades , have a 177 LSAT, and a 2.42 LSAC gpa with 50 non-punitive W's. Do you think any schools in the T30-50 will accept me and give me a chance, if I blanket the T30-50? Also, I graduate this May and am planning on applying next Fall. please someone try to advise me.
Sorry for what you've had to battle through.
By the numbers, it seems like even a few T14s could be potentially in range. Though given your unique circumstances and hyper-super-splitter status, your cycle is going to be very unpredictable. I would say apply widely from Columbia down to around Pepperdine, not to all of them but pick a few, research splitter friendly schools, and go for it.
In the context of your experiences, a very valid GPA addendum, your upward trend, and your obvious dedication to the LSAT and academics when healthy, I think one or two schools from 4-20 could take you and you'll definitely nab a few 20-50s, maybe with some $/$$ if you have a really clean and well-constructed application.
Chances and scholarship money with your numbers historically:

Best of luck.
ETA: I agree with the poster above. I would throw the Hail Mary to Harvard as well. Know that it's an incredibly long shot but worth the try. Make sure your LoRs are gleaming in regards to your academic ability and personal perseverance. Basically anything that can soften that GPA and put it in the best of light will help you tremendously.

I would apply to the T-20 and call it a day. You are much too good for schools ranked outside the T-20.

I can't believe no one has screamed NU yet, but please throw an app to Northwestern, especially since you plan to get a little work experience before matriculating. Northwestern loves splitters with LSATs in the 177-180 range. I'm a 2.58/179 1L at Northwestern-- feel free to PM me if you want to talk about being a super-splitter. I'm not on the board too much anymore, so PM is probably the best way to reach me.
Oh, and I suspect all the non-punitive withdrawals won't matter to adcoms, since a) you have an excuse for them and b) they don't impact your GPA.
came here to say this. +1

Your story is very good, but it might lose some of its value to adcomms if they google your stats and see how often you post about it on this tls board.

You are disingenuous, OP.
