Calling bullshit. Probably something like "my parents won't let me."hopefulapp wrote:Cannot retake.
Even if it is a financial concern, retaking is still the best option. Just a few more points, which you can definitely achieve over the next five months of studying, will net you way more money at a great school than it cost you to live for the next ~8 months.InGoodFaith wrote:Calling bullshit. I've often wondered why the people who refuse to retake and have been around TLS long enough to put that in their original post don't just say they've already taken it 3 times.InGoodFaith wrote:Calling bullshit. Probably something like "my parents won't let me."hopefulapp wrote:Cannot retake.
Yep. The answer to every chances thread is "retake" unless the question is "What do I do after three tries?"Tiago Splitter wrote:I've often wondered why the people who refuse to retake and have been around TLS long enough to put that in their original post don't just say they've already taken it 3 times.InGoodFaith wrote:Calling bullshit. In which case the answer is, "wait six months and take it again."InGoodFaith wrote:Yep. The answer to every chances thread is "retake" unless the question is "What do I do after three tries?"

Yeah I know but if you look at this cycle so far / last cycle it looks better for OP's chanceswert3813 wrote:What? No. If you are gonna chance people do better.nebula666 wrote:In/WL at Penn and paying close to sticker
In/ WL at UVA and paying sticker
Out at Chicago
Small chance at Berkeley but I would guess out.
Retake or pay sticker at one of these schools.

Just don't use LSP. It's worthless. It will lead you to think you have a ~50% chance of admission to Stanford when your chances are in fact essentially nil.atcushman wrote:http://www.lawschoolpredictor.com/wp-co ... ograms.htmShmoopy wrote:Why can't you retake? you will get more out of these than anything...unless you just wanted 10 people to tell you to retake
Cornell at sticker is super risky. OP, retake.Skye wrote:My stats are close to yours. In at a T14 Ivy. You R fine, as is.hopefulapp wrote:Cannot retake.

Law school is a terrible "contingency plan." If you only have marginal interest in law and are not completely clear on whether or not you want to practice law, going to law school would probably be a very bad idea. You would likely perform poorly and find yourself on a portion of the curve that would essentially guarantee rather dire employment prospects.hopefulapp wrote:I'm not retaking because I only have marginal interest in law. On the offchance I get no-offered by my firm this summer, I was looking into contingency plans (i.e. law school, masters programs).
