low 160s LSAT

is there any possibility to get into a T14 school by a 163 LSAT score (+3.5 GPA)?

In all seriousness, you are going to need at least a 168 to have a slim chance at Cornell, GULC, NU and a 170 to secure MVP and below.

very very very very unlikely.

At this point, you're out of the top 20. No chance at Top 14. Some shot at T30, maybe

Retake and get a 169+

If not, just to reiterate: the chance is so small and in that small chance you are paying sticker
