Some guidance/predictions?
Went to a very highly regarded liberal arts school, highest honors, published some related papers. Very strong recs, matter-of-fact personal statement, and a creative, if esoteric, addendum. Experience with running several student organizations, campus judicial boards, and a smattering of normal college-kid jobs. I should have a higher LSAT, I don't, and I"m not retaking (at least this cycle). My goal is a T30 with decent enough pedigree, but most important is location in a major city. I've applied to (tossing out a couple big stretches):
- Loyola Chicago
- Chicago-Kent
- American
- Hastings
- UCLA
- Emory
- GW
- Houston
- Maryland
- U Chicago
- Northeastern
- Northwestern
- U San Francisco
- USC
- Texas
- Washington
- WUSTL
- BU
- George Mason
- Irvine
- SMU
- Tulane
Frankly, right now my first choice would be Loyola or Chicago-Kent with a good bit of money.
Any thoughts on where I may land at these other schools? More importantly, does this seem like a balanced and mostly realistic list?
