UT-Austin: Nope (you're still under the LSAT median with a 165)
Emory: Unlikely
George Washington: Unlikely
SMU: You're in
Baylor: Most likely
Georgia:You're in
Tulane: You're in
University of Houston: You're in
Texas Tech: You're in

Youre not getting into schools you are below the LSAT median with a 3.0
The rest you have a good shot at.

Take a scholarship at SMU if you want Dallas or Houston if you want Houston. No reason to even consider Baylor or Texas Tech.
Don't go to GW, Georgia, or Tulane if you don't want to work in those markets. You aren't getting UT, even with a retake and 3+ more points.
