I have a 160/3.41

Also I'm a military vet. I don't know if that matters but I'm hoping it does.

What are my chances at a t-14? t-30?

I'm thinking Pepperdine/Loyola Marymount/U of San Diego are my realistic options. Also looking at possibly U of Colorado, Boulder.

Thoughts?

T-14= Not good. You are far below everyone's 25th, and I don't think that military service is enough to bring you up far enough.

For T-30 there are probably some choices there (check out lawschoolnumbers.com), but as I sure you could have guessed, I would recommend retaking. 5 more points and you are at median for some in the T-30 and 10 more and you are in a great spot for some lower T-14.

I haven't been able to find an authority on how much military service helps

First off, retake.

Being a vet is a good soft but definitely no shot at a T14. The absolute best school you likely have right now is ASU, and you shouldn't go there if you don't want to work in AZ. Might get a couple other in the 30-40 range but you will be paying sticker.

You have a 50/50 chance of in or waitlisted at Pepperdine, which you should not attend without a full scholarship (which you won't even be close to getting). Same with Loyola. You're in at USD but won't have enough scholarship money.
