UT on down?
Anywhere where my lsat us the median or higher?
Are there ANY legitimate ED options?
My numbers seem quite rare on lsn
Btw I have applied to a number of "safer" schools

Not that rare (I was 3.0/167)
UT down is reasonable. UMN is the highest ranked school you have a good shot at (better than 50/50). They love splitters and will often give scholarships to 167+ admitees. I wouldnt recommend applying there if you arent comfortable establishing your career in the region. That goes for the rest of these schools too:
Great shot at: T30:ASU/W&L/WUSTL/Emory/Alabama/Iowa
Other strong regionals:Georgia/Arizona/Illinois/ Utah/Florida/FSU/SMU/Houston
Ok shot at: ND/GW
You would probably get one of BC/BU/F
You probably shouldnt go to a worse school than that. If you blanket those schools you should get money some places and be able to negotiate.

I was 3.1/167.
UT down is good. I would apply T30. And then pick some lower ranked schools depending on your unique circumstances. But I was risk averse, so yeah.

I would send an app to any school with a median lsat of 167 (except Berkeley) and below (of schools you'd actually attend).
We don't know how tight its going to be for schools to reach their median, so there's no reason not to give it a try. Based on this cycle, you should be fine at minn and gw.
If you want a real reach, try schools with a 168/169 median who might not be able to maintain. Note WUSTL dropped 2 points from last year. Wouldn't be surprised to see somewhere like Vandy or Texas fall a point or two.

Forgive my ignorance but what do you mean by "down"?

Never mind I understand, UT as your top selection and then all schools ranked lower. Yeah that's the route I'm going as well (3.26/167). I also applied to Northwestern because I have been working as a Landman for a small oil company and I might have a very very small chance there. Other than that (and UT) I would think people in our situation have a really good shot at anything T20 beyond and a great shot at money T30 beyond.
