You are URM... URM cycles can be unpredictable, but you are probably getting HYS and CCN with $$$$. Enjoy!

Yeah, there are a lot of URMs that have been getting into Harvard with 161-162s. So, I like your chances.

He's not making it up, the numbers are available on the Harvard thread and on LSN. As a URM you are not competing with other non-URM applicants. Due to the emphasis on diversity that law schools intend on having, you are only competing against other URMs (more specifically URMs of your type). The combination of 3.5+/165+ puts you squarely in the top 1-3% of your direct competition.
Historically, your chances at Harvard aren't amazing but apps are way down. The population they are down the most for? URMs scoring above 160 on the LSAT. That's just a fact. So your numbers are in very high demand.
NYU is almost a lock. Columbia is likely. Everything below that you're in. YS, you're probably out. Harvard, you've got a shot.
If possible, I would retake in February. A 2-5 point increase would boost your chances drastically.

I'll keep my fingers crossed either way but I can't believe URM's continue to score so low on the LSAT

Now that my cycle is over, I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the TLS community...had it not been for TLS, I wouldn't have applied to either Yale or Stanford. You guys were invaluable, and I'm attending my dream school in the fall because of it. THANK YOU!!!!
