Hi,

LSAT: 155 (Oct 12) / 162 (Dec 12)
LSDAS GPA: 3.99
Non-URM

With 162 / 3.99 stats, is there any T-14 law school that I should apply?
I have fee waivers from Virginia and Northwestern.

Is it worth to apply? Or, is it simply wasting money?

Thank you.

It looks like you have a decent chance at UVA, and a small chance at Penn. You should probably ED to UVA if cost isn't a concern.

This being said, you need to retake the LSAT. Even boosting your LSAT by 3-4 points opens up Berkeley, Michigan, Northwestern, and a bunch of other schools in the bottom-half of the T14. You get around 170 and HYSCCN becomes a lock.

Thanks.

But, ED (binding) is not an option for me, because if I get admitted to the University of Texas, I will go there.

Maybe UC Berkeley if you have an interesting story and a strong UG to accompany that GPA.

Retake in June. A 170 would give you a very good shot at Harvard, and a 173 would basically make you a lock, if not Y/S.
