Yes, you should apply to all of the T14 schools. You have a good chance at Georgetown and Cornell, and URMs with similar stats as yours have been accepted to a few other T14s as well. At worse, you will get WL at a few T14s.
In regards to Texas places, you have a small chance at UT and you're in at all of the other Texas schools.
You might also want to consider Vanderbilt as well.
