2.52 GPA, 168 LSAT, standard softs.

Can I get into any tier 1's with this?

What about University at Buffalo? I went there for undergrad as well.

Thanks for your time.

shoot for splitter friendly schools like WUSTL. A 168 is very valuable; this cycle especially.

This is probably a good situation for a retake and a 172.

Thank you for the quick responses, I will certainly look into the more splitter friendly schools. Is there a way for me to narrow down which schools are splitter friendly and which aren't?

Also, would 168 --> 172 make that much of a difference? What would a 172 do for me that a 168 wouldn't?

Thanks.

looking at mylsn.info it gives you a very good shot at WUSTL(5 in 0 rejected 1 WL for 2.4-2.55GPA and 170+ LSAT), 50/50 it gets you on the wait-list at NU, Washington and Lee in.

I have a similar situation (2.85 GPA and 171 LSAT), and it seems 170+ opens more doors though in both our cases the sample size is small so it can be tough to tell.

Forget buffalo.

You have a good shot at many schools from 19-60.

Splitter friendly schools you have a good shot at:

UMN
WUSTL
W&L
ASU/Arizona
Indiana
Illinois
Alabama
Georgia
Maryland
Colorado
FSU
Baylor/Houston/SMU
