Great shot at Fordham with money (probably 45-60k)
Good shot at BC/BU with money
Seems like you want north east, but...
Decent shot at USC/UT/Vandy with some money
Good shot at GW with some money
Great shot at UMN with money (Prob 75k and 90k)
Nealy a lock at WUSTL/Emory/ASU/W&L all with money

You should also be applying to Georgetown, Michigan, Duke, and Northwestern.
You have a decent chance at Georgetown and Michigan, and you will probably we waitlisted at Duke and Northwestern.

They are plausable targets. Your LSAT is median and your GPA isnt bad. I think you should apply. (ask for a fee waiver though)
