You have a chance at Harvard and you're in at Columbia. You might also snag a WL at Stanford and/or Yale. I would apply to the entire T14. You'll definitely land somewhere at CCN with scholarship, and you have a shot at Harvard.

If you don't get into CCN with good money or Harvard, I would reapply next year.

Application numbers took a large drop starting in the 2010-2011 cycle, so basically the numbers from any prior cycle are no longer relevant.
