Blanket T14s including HYS you should get several hits with money. Congrats on the fantastic score

Congrats on the score!
It is worth sending an app to every non-YHS school but Berkeley (I'd even throw an app at H, just to have no regrets). You will land multiple acceptances. HYP UG will probably give you a bit of an extra boost.
Will you only have one full year of WE at the time of matriculation? Someone else here can advise how strongly that would hurt your chance at Northwestern.

Thanks! I really appreciate the advice and am going to send a few out. My future's going to be filled with a lot of Ramen.

I would apply to every Top 14 school that's not Yale or Stanford. At the worst, it looks like you'll be in at UVA. You should blanket the Top 14 schools. Even if you're not interested in attending one in particular, if they give you a scholarship you can use that to negotiate a scholarship at the school you want to attend more.
