7 yrs of military experience by the age 23? Did you enlist when you were 16?

Given how long ago your arrests occurred, and your intervening military service, I'd be surprised if they had any real effect on your cycle.

Yale and Stanford, with their small classes have the luxury of declining, applicants with perfect numbers, so I suppose it's possible that they could use your arrests as an excuse to reject you. I still doubt they would give the arrests much weight. I'd be really surprised if you didn't get into HLS with those numbers.

No one will care at all about the underage drinking, by the way.
