What are my chances for Lewis and Clark? LSAC says between 43-53%. Would it be worth retaking the LSAT to up my chances or should I just go with what I have?

Probably 40% shot right now.
A 161 (above median) would make you close to a lock, and you would probably get a scholarship.

You should definitely retake.

I'm wondering if the very late application will offset the benefit of retaking.
