You have decent shots at BC and BU. You're very likely out everywhere else but AU, Tulane, and Northeastern, which have employment prospects ranging from bad (Tulane) to terrible (Northeastern) to catastrophically abysmal (AU). BC and BU are not worth attending without substantial scholarship money.

Increasing your LSAT by just four points would open up much of the lower T14 to you (and could result in significant scholarship offers at GW, BU, and BC): http://myLSN.info/vuewff. Jumping up to a 172 very likely gets you into NYU and lands you some money in the lower T14. Studying hard and retaking the LSAT could result in a difference of hundreds of thousands of dollars in career earnings.

There's the further issue of the odd assortment of schools you've settled on, but at this point that's mostly secondary to getting you to see the utter inanity of not retaking.
