3.56/172 -- Splitter, or no?

From what I've seen around here, it looks like my GPA is a bit low. I'm an undergrad at the University of Chicago, and I'm not sure how much law schools take that into account the overall grading curves at various undergrad institutions. Do they care about differences in GPAs among different majors? I majored in math, which has a much lower average GPA here than majors like philosophy and sociology.
How much will various tables/predictor sites apply to me? Do I have any shot at all of HYS?
For location reasons, my ideal top schools are:
Stanford
Berkeley
Chicago
Northwestern
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
Edit: I'm also a gay Chinese male. Does that have any impact?
